The second Module deals with the regulatory process and the tools to improve the flow and the stock of regulation used at European level and which European institutions ask member States to adopt.
The third Module revises some behavioural regulation’s issues both in theory and in practice. In particular, the first part concerns how the regulatory process should second the presence of behavioral departures from the rationality assumption.
